Our fifth and sixth graders complained recently that all of the good books seem to be part of a trilogy. What if they wanted to read just one book? So we created this display for them. Not-a-trilogy. I was going to call it “No time for a trilogy”, but it is right before our spring break, so they might actually have time. We came up with lots of cute things to say, so we stuck them all in sign holders and sprinkled them around the display. I’ve invited the older students to think of books they read that are not part of a trilogy and to add them to the display. I did include some books for older readers too.
